The minimum orders for all products have been listed on the site. You will not be allowed to order less than the minimum. For example, the minimum for a DYMO compatible 30252 address label is 10 rolls. When on the 30252 page, the smallest number that is shown for purchase is 10 rolls. Likewise for a 4 x 6 direct thermal label, 250 per roll on a 1″ core, the minimum order is one case, and that is the smallest amount available to purchase.
When purchasing direct thermal or thermal transfer labels on our site, you will see that the sizes are listed as “W x L”. As a label is exiting the printer, the left to right dimension is the width (“W”), and the top to bottom dimension is the length (“L”)
In order to determine the ribbon that you will need, you first need to determine the make and model number of your printer – ribbons are printer specific. Once the printer is identified, the proper ribbon is determined by the label size and material (paper, polyester, etc.).
There are 3 main ribbon types:
- Wax – used with paper labels only
- Wax/Resin – used with paper, and synthetic materials
- Resin – used with synthetic material only

UNITED STATES
Products that are offered with “Free Shipping” will be shipped via UPS ground or USPS Priority, whichever is the most economical.
For all orders where shipping charges are calculated at checkout, UPS ground will be used unless specified otherwise.
Other shipping services or expedited shipping is also available at the buyers request and expense. We will also ship using your
UPS or Fedex account if requested. Please contact us with your needs.
CANADA
RJS ships to Canada! In order to for us provide you with the lowest possible prices, please contact us with your order request. We will determine the most economical shipping method, and provide you with a total delivered price. Canadian taxes and tariffs are not included in our pricing. We regret that we cannot accept purchase orders from Canada.
Payment can be made with Visa, Master Card, Amex and Paypal.

If you have purchased an item in error, or if you need to return a product for any other reason, we will refund your purchase prices, less shipping, provided it is in its original condition and packaging. If the product or packaging is damaged, a restocking fee will apply (15% for items with free shipping and 20% for items where shipping is calculated at checkout). In both cases, you will be responsible for the cost of shipping returns back to our facility. Custom or abused products cannot be returned.

Our drop ship program can be very beneficial to your business. You can collect orders from your customers and we will blind ship
directly to them. This allows you to sell items to your customers without storing inventory or handling shipments. Contact us for

Direct Thermal labels are heat sensitive, where print occurs when the media passes under a thermal printhead. Ribbons are not needed with direct thermal labels.
Thermal Transfer labels allow for a greater choice of media material. So, in addition to typical label applications, thermal transfer printers can produce durable and weather/temperature resistant products. These products REQUIRE RIBBONS. See our Ribbons for Thermal Transfer labels.
